Ryan Schavrien is a longtime Loma Linda resident, proud father of two children attending local schools, and husband to a dedicated healthcare worker. As a financial analyst for a mission-driven nonprofit, Ryan brings deep expertise in budgeting, accountability, and strategic planning.
He previously oversaw a $4 million budget for a Local Education Agency (LEA) school, ensuring funds directly supported student achievement. As a board member of Building A Generation, he works to strengthen local families through educational and mental health support, youth programs, and essential services.
Adopted himself, Ryan understands the power of opportunity and support in a child’s life. He’s running for the Redlands Unified School District Board to bring strong financial oversight, equity-focused decision-making, and a family-centered perspective to our schools.
